In our modern world, our beloved pets face challenges when it comes to obtaining essential nutrients. Unlike their wild counterparts, they no longer engage in the natural process of hunting, which historically provided them with a diverse array of nutrients vital for their health. The current food model followed in today’s pet food industry often falls short of meeting their nutritional needs, leading to dis-ease.
Our pets need the best possible nutrition to thrive instead of just surviving and we need to ensure they are getting this by feeding a species appropriate diet AND by supplementing this diet with the essential nutrients (those nutrients the body cannot produce in sufficient quantity on its own).
Simply put, Dis-ease occurs when there is a deficiency of essential nutrients, an excess of toxins and mitochondrial dysfunction.
